Radical hospitality

Yesterday during our Wednesday food distribution, these riders stopped for a rest and they were treated to some radical hospitality! They are from the Cherokee Nation riding the Trail of Tears.

Relay for Life 2015

We sold lots and lots of homemade ice cream, cookies, fried pies and the like! Some of us ate a lot too! And we had a great time doing it.

It was a great celebration on this special day replete with fresh strawberries and homemade ice cream! Praising God from whom ALL blessings flow!

Resurrection Sunday

From the Sonrise service, to the breakfast, to the egg (symbolic of “new beginnings”) hunt, to the 11:00 worship and holy communion, it’s been a great day! Praise God from whom ALL blessings flow!

Palm Sunday

A beautiful Palm Sunday service led by the children’s entrance waving their palm branches followed by a special narration and choir performance then closing with altar time. All of this followed by a 5th Sunday “pot luck” meal fundraiser for youth programs (They raised over $500!). What a great day!!
